  • I have the right to decline your commission for any reasons mainly if it's uncomfortable or I'm not the right fit for your request.

  • Please note that my prices may seem expensive to some. However, they reflect the time, effort and energy I invest into every commission.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to all terms stated below.

Process & Revisions

  • You'll receive progress updates (e.g. sketch → lineart → coloring).

  • Minor revisions (e.g. small colour tweaks, small detail fixes) are free during the sketch stage.

  • Major changes after sketch approval will incur additional fee (+10-20 USD, depending on complexity)

  • Once the artwork is coloured, only minor adjustments are allowed.

Usage Rights

  • Clients may not:

  • Claim artwork as your own.

  • Remove my watermark or signature.

  • Use for AI, NFTs, or resale

  • Personal-use clients may:

  • Print or make personal merch (e.g. keychains, standees).

  • Use the artwork for icons, banners, etc. (with credit).

  • For commercial use, please discuss beforehand (fees apply).

  • I may post your commission on my social media/portfolio.

  • To keep it private, an extra +20% will be charged.

Payment & Refunds

  • Accepted payment methods:

  • PayPal / Vgen (international)

  • Touch 'N Go / Shopeepay (Malaysian citizens)

  • Commissions will only begin after full payment is made upfront.

  • Payment deadline: within 48 hours after invoice is issued; otherwise, your slot will be forfeited.

  • Refund policy:

  • If cancelled by the client, only the unfinished portion will refunded.

  • If I cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be given.

  • No refunds once the sketch has been approved.

Deadlines & Delivery

  • Estimated completion: 2 weeks ~ 3 months (depends on queue and complexity)

  • Rush / Priority slots available for +25% of total price.

  • Final artwork will be sent digitally in high resolution PNG/JPEG format via email or depending what platform you're from. (Discord/Vgen)

Others

  • Please send clear visual refs and describe your idea in detail.

  • Moodboards, colour palettes or pose inspo are all super helpful.

  • I accept Skeb-style commissions:

  • This means I will draw based on provided prompt and creative freedom is allowed.

  • Please note: no major revisions or previews will be given for Skeb-style pieces.
